Alex has worked in Vietnam since 2011, having started his real estate career in the UK in 2003. Throughout this time, he has worked across all sectors of the commercial real estate industry, including the sale and acquisition of investment and development opportunities, and therefore has impeccable knowledge of the property life-cycle from both landlord and occupier perspectives.
Before co-founding and opening the Knight Frank office in 2022, Alex was Managing Director of another global real estate consultant and brokerage in Vietnam, and during his time, achieved record revenues and profits. He is known for promoting Vietnamese nationals to leadership roles and has a record of expanding services that introduce international-standard procedures and advice to strengthen local market capabilities.
A broker by background, Alex has worked across project management, valuation and consulting, capital markets, and investment property.
Alex’s clients range from large corporate occupiers & owners, family offices, HNW individuals and institutional capital, and he remains involved in most asset classes nationwide.
