Lily Nguyen is an Associate in Knight Frank's Commercial Insight team, based in London. Having spent more than 10 years with the firm, she specialises in commercial real estate research, data analytics and technology, helping clients and colleagues understand the trends shaping property markets across the UK and globally.

Her work focuses on interpreting complex market, operational and economic data to provide clear, evidence-based insight. Lily leads and contributes to Knight Frank's technology-focused thought leadership, including the Quantifying Technology in Real Estate report. Her work explores the impact of technology, artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure on the real estate sector, including how digital connectivity and emerging technologies are reshaping property markets, investment strategies and occupier requirements.
