This is a representative advisory case where we ensured a safe and reliable title. The client, a pharmaceutical company, strongly wished to acquire a major commercial property in Samsung-dong. However, progressing the deal was extremely difficult due to multiple complex issues on the seller’s side, such as adult guardianship (dementia) concerns, gift structure reviews, and tenant eviction matters.
Through close collaboration with the seller side, we completely resolved the three key risks (mental capacity issues, gift procedures, and tenant eviction) prior to executing the sale agreement, flawlessly completing the ownership transfer and successfully closing the deal.
